Cake Pop Magic

Marble cakeOur marble cake pop is created by layering our chocolate mix with our vanilla mix (much like a black and white cookie). The cake has a great "zebra" striping that becomes even more interesting to look at (and taste) once it's rolled. Making the cake this way allows the chocolate and vanilla flavors to stand out a bit on their own in any given bite—and also to work together overall.

If you're looking for a pop flavor that brings home the best of chocolate and vanilla, try one with marble cake in the center.

As mentioned in our post "What's Inside a Stick&Pop Cake Treat?" all of the ingredients in the pop are fully cooked—the pop center is mixed of fully-baked cake and icing.

A Little Bigger Than a Golf Ball...

If you haven't experienced one of our cake treats in person, you may be wondering how big they are (ok, a few people have asked). So, we thought we'd do a photo shoot with one of our favorite pops, Darling, and a golf ball. All of our pops are made with the same size ball of cake but some like Johnny Cakes and Moonpop, which are covered in pretzel and oreo respectively, seem larger because of their chunkier outer ingredients.

What's Inside a Stick&Pop Cake Treat?

We bake our cakes from scratch and mix them with with a "binder" like peanut butter, marshmallow fluff or homemade frosting to form the cake into a ball. The ball is a piece of dense cake which we then dip in chocolate, white chocolate, peanut butter shell...and finally, we top it off with sprinkles or whatever our flavor combination calls for. The menu has been designed to feature some amazing combinations, though the possibilities are endless! Shown in this post is "Griswald"—our homage to the s'more, this flavor is vanilla/graham cake mixed with marshmallow fluff with a marshmallow center, dipped in dark chocolate with graham cracker crust.
